alhamdulillah...10.03.2010 selamat gak aku melahirkan zuriatku yg kedua pada 4.48pm seberat 3.41kg...Perasaan tak dpt nak digambarkan...terlalu gembira..Pengalaman bersalin kali ni berbeza dengan pengalaman pertama...

09.03.10 - kul 5 lebih pegi hospital sg buloh sbb pergerakan bby tak terasa sgt ngan slow...

memula cam takut gak la...hehe..1st doc dtg dia nak scan bby dulu..then baru wat ct scan jantung bby...masa scan bby..doc ckp bby sihat,jantung ok n pergerakkan ok

aku tak rasa dia gerak sgt maybe sbb kencing kotor(ada jangkitan kuman)..so doc suggest kan utk induce...dia seluk lak pastu..adoi..tu yg tak tahan tu..hehe...dia kata since u dah tak rasa sgt dia gerak..better bersalin..so ikut je la nasihat doc kan..

- kul 8 lebih leh kuar spital..doc tnya ak stay ke nak balik sbb esok pepagi kul 7 dah kena masuk balik,aku kata ngan doc la nak balik..esok dtg la pepagi...perut tgh lapar masa tuh,,tak makan pape lagi..then terus la lepak kat BANGI KOPITIAM..kol my best fren masa tue tnya dia kat mana..dia otw nak balik n belum makan lagi...so ajak dia makan sekali..lepak la ngan dia smp kul 11 dan makan dengan banyaknyer......hehe...pastu terus balik umah..

Smalam gi JPA PUTRAJAYA teman adik interview..sementara tunggu dia interview gi la breakfast ngan my best fren :: EKIN a.k.a IBU SARAH :: makan² pas2 hubby ekin join lepak skali..thanks ek korang layan aku..hehe..pastu POOH cik sarah pon at last sampai jugak kat sarah...tapi kitorang tak sempat bergambo n aku lak tak sempat nak jumpa ngan sarah sbb dia titun ibu nyer kata...huhhu..takpe sarah lenkali mama dtg sarah jgn tido tau sayang....punya la lama nunggu kat parking JPA tu..sampai leh tdo kat lam kete tunggu adik interview...pastu dia belanja makan kat TAMAN WARISAN..ok gak la makan nasik ayam kampung dia...
Lagi satu pagi tadi dapat kol dr PUTRAJAYA lagi...aku nyer permohonan nak tukar dah lulus...19.3.2009 kena lapor diri kat kpm,erm..ntah ler serba salah lak rasanyer..sbb dah syok kat cni...takut kang ntah kemana² dihantar nye plak kang..tapi kol cik zaimah jpa dia kata kita leh choose..alhamdulillah..leh la choose yg dekat ngan umah..leh jenguk fariqqin,lunch kat umah..hehehe...

What You Need to Know About BPA

Based on emerging scientific study, there has been a growing scrutiny and concern about products containing Bisphenol-A (BPA) and the health threat it poses for our children. BPA is a chemical used mostly in polycarbonate plastics (PC), which are used in: baby bottles, sippy cups, sports bottles, canned food/ formula lining, and jar food lids among other things. Many researchers and scientists believe it causes a wide range of health problems, including breast and prostate cancer, infertility, diabetes and brain damage.

While the FDA contends that polycarbonate plastics are not dangerous, major retailers such as Walmart and Toys R Us are phasing out all baby bottles and other feeding products that contain BPAs. Bottle manufacturers are also taking note of parent's concern. Earlier this year, Playtex distributed one million free samples of Playtex Drop-Ins Original Nurser Systems, which are free of BPAs. It also announced that the balance of the product line will be converted to BPA-free material by year end. Dr. Browns will replace up to three bottles per household with their new polypropylene (a BPA-free plastic) bottles. Even Avent, who appears to be the last hold-out, has now released a bottle that is similar to Playtex Nurser Drop-In System. While the outer shell of the bottle is still polycarbonate, the liner is polyethylene, which is a safe plastic, and keeps the liquid from touching any part of the bottle.

So how do you know if you're bottle or other feeding products have BPAs in them? What's more, how do you eliminate BPA's from other products in your home?

Check the number: Look at the recycling symbol on the bottom of your bottle or sippy cup. Polycarbonate plastic is usually marked with a 7. It might sometimes have a PC next to it indicating polycarbonate. But, not all #7's have BPAs and it's almost impossible to know which ones do and don't. Unfortunately many items don't have a recycling symbol on them which means you'll have to call the manufacturer directly and ask them, search their website or check a website such as Z Recommends http://zrecs.blogspot.com which reviews toys and infant products. In their Third Edition on BPA in Infant Care Products they have provided an exhaustive list of each manufacturer and the products that are BPA free. You can even send them a text message to find out information on a particular product.

Check the can: Most cans are lined with plastic that contains BPAs. That means that infant formula is at a high risk. When selecting a formula choose one that is in powdered form rather than liquid as liquid baby formula has some of the highest BPA levels of products tested.
The FDA contends that BPA is safe yet, as a mom, the nagging question remains; "Am I harming my child?" We all want what is best for our family and, if there are options available free of a particular chemical, most moms are saying "rather be safe than sorry."

Trip to Langkawi

Kat cni aku nak citer la sesikit apa keje aku cuti sampai 2 minggu since dari 22-30.12.2008..

Kitorang 1 family pg holiday kat Langkawi 3 hari 2 malam...erm..utk kitorang ini kali kedua,sbb 1st time dah pg last year bertiga ngan abg n kakar ipar yus n their son chaien...kitorang pg naik kete then parking kat jeti kuala perlis..tapi ya ampun penat nyer taktau nak citer...gerak dari rawang kul 11 smp kol 4.30 pagi...pastu tunggu feri kul 6 pg...dengan sempitnyer..mmg tobat la aku takmo naik feri lagi....

Kali ni kitorang g naik flight...ha..lega ckit...45min je dah sampai...kali ni fariqqin lak dah terror berlari..so sendiri mau ingat la hehe..penat kejar dia je la...tapi terasa best nyer sbb my son tu dah paham yg dia sedang holiday and he enjoy it..

Hehe..raya korban kali ni kat SENAWANG...plan memula ingat lik ari sabtu tu nak gi jumpa ekin & sarah kat jusco semban..tapi tak kesampaian..jem giler bila sampai kat hway nilai...sian kat ekin dia dah sampai jusco aku ni tak sampai2 lagi...ngeh ngeh ngeh...sowie tau...mama tak sengaja..nnti pooh sarah mama kasik la...kasik peram dulu pooh tu...
